Packaging is BPA-free, created with as much recyclable materials as possible (nearly 100%) and transported as efficiently as possible. Our plant-based meal plans offer you a healthy, natural, and delicious selection of meals, completely free from animal products and processed ingredients. Delivered to your door free of charge every week. Have a question about our vegan delivery service?

  1. Is there ever any cross-contamination with animal products?

    No. While we work in a facility that handles animal products, we ensure our vegan meal production is completely separate. All of the delicious dishes included in our plant-based meal plan are 100% free from meat, chicken, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey.

  2. Are all of your meals organic, and source sustainably?

    Yes, 99% of the ingredients included in our meal plan are organic. Ingredients such as herbs and spices may not always be organic, as indicated on food labels. We source farm-fresh, in-season ingredients to support local producers and minimize our carbon footprint. Our meals are also delivered in vacuum-sealed BPA-free, recyclable trays.

  3. Are the meals nutritionally-balanced for a vegan diet?

    Yes, all of our meals are dietitian-approved and nutritionally balanced. One potential exception is Vitamin B-12, which is not generally present in plant foods. If you opt for a fully vegan diet, we recommend sourcing additional Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D, and Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) through plant-based supplements or fortified products.

  4. Do vegan meals contain enough protein?

    Yes. Lentils, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds are all rich in plant-based protein. Typical lunch and dinner dishes included in our vegan menu provide around 10-25 grams of protein per meal.

  5. Are the meals suitable for vegan athletes and bodybuilders?

    Vegan athletes are more than welcome to use our meals to fuel their training, but may need to add side dishes for more energy depending on how intense their workouts are. Check out our A La Carte menu for additional high-protein sides and snacks you can add to your subscription.

  6. What are the typical ingredients used in the vegan meal plan?

    Our chef includes a variety of whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, brown rice pasta), legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils), and organic, seasonal vegetables such as sweet potato and cauliflower. No artificial flavors, colors or fillers, and no refined sugars or processed ingredients. Just natural, delicious, whole foods.

  7. How much does it cost?*
