Co-CEOs, sister and brother, Laureen and Thomas Asseo began Fresh N Lean in 2010, making healthy dinners out of the kitchen of a one-bedroom apartment, originally, for their father. News about these meals got around and soon they we’re making them for the entire neighborhood. Today Fresh N Lean ships millions of fresh, organically-sourced meals to customers all over the country.
