  • 1 tbsp Key lime juice
  • ½ tbsp Key lime zest
  • ½ cup Raw cashews
  • ½ cup Raw walnuts
  • ½ cup Softened coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp Ground chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp Liquid stevia
  • ¼ cup Shelled hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup Ground flax meal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Kosher salt

    Using a zester, remove the zest from your key limes. Then juice them.
    Your zest should equal about a ½ tbsp, and juice should yield 1 tbsp.

    In a food processor, combine lime zest and juice, cashews, walnuts, coconut butter, chia seeds, liquid stevia, hemp seeds, flax meal, vanilla extract, and kosher salt.
    Pulse until mixture resembles a dough, but don't over mix.
