  1. Can I still eat other foods I like? How does the Meal Plan work?

    Absolutely. Your Meal Plan with us offers a wide range of menu options, but you control your subscription. If you’d like all 3 meals of the day, or just 1 a day – you pick. Manage your own delivery subscription by picking the meals, the days of the week or even skipping a week.

  2. Can I choose my meals?

    Yes. You can select the exact meals you want delivered each week. Every Wednesday you’ll receive an email reminder to go to your dashboard and pick your meals.

  3. How do I eat Fresh N Lean?

    Very easily. Fresh N Lean meals arrive fully cooked. When you’re ready to eat, simply put your meals in the microwave for 2 – 3 mins, peel off plastic seal – and eat! If you prefer the more traditional cooking method, you’re welcome to heat them in a conventional oven for 10-15 mins before eating and then plating.

  4. How long do my meals last?

    Each meal will have its own ‘use by’ date on the front of the packet. Be sure to check it as soon they arrive so you can enjoy each one at its freshest!

  5. What if I don’t eat them all straight away?

    Fresh N Lean meals are freezable and last around 6 weeks after freezing. Waste not, want not.

  6. Where is the food made? How is it prepared?

    All our food is made in the U.S. In Anaheim, CA to be exact. We have purpose-built, CCOF-certified 55,000 sq ft. kitchen facility with an amazing team of chefs who bake, roast and sauté everything together for you.

  7. Where do you deliver?

    We can deliver to any address in all 50 States of the U.S. Home, hotel, office, gym, campus – anywhere.

  8. When do meals arrive? Flexible delivery date?

    Your healthy prepared meals arrive on your doorstep every Friday. You can adjust to a later day if you prefer.

  9. What is in the food? Is it Organic? Is it Gluten-Free?

    You’d be pleased to know that our food is top-tier on the ready-to-eat market. Regionally produced and locally cooked. Organically-sourced Ingredients. All gluten-free. Never frozen. Nothing artificial.

  10. I’m a plant-based food lover, am I in good hands?

    100%. There are Vegetarian meals among many of our Menu options, and there are two unique and completely Vegan Meal Plans. Plant-based food lovers are indeed well taken care of with us.

  11. Where does the food come from?

    Mostly, a local farm in California. The planet belongs to all of us, so we do our best to reduce carbon footprint while using ethical farming methods. Everything is free-range and cage-free. Regionally sourced organic produce, locally prepared and shipped to you.

  12. How much does it cost?*
