WHAT CARB SOURCES DO YOU USE?
In our low carb meal plans, we use 100% whole foods that are naturally rich in fiber and low in net carbs. These include whole grains, pseudo grains, beans and legumes, and plenty of fresh vegetables.

WILL THE LOW-CARB MEAL PLAN HELP WITH MY BLOOD SUGAR?
Yes. Since the number of carbs you eat can impact your blood sugar directly, reducing your total carb intake can potentially lower your blood sugar levels.

HOW MANY CARBS ARE INCLUDED IN EACH MEAL/DAY?
If you subscribe to our low-carb/low-calorie plant-based meal plan and eat our meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will consume around 120-160 grams of carbohydrates per day. Breakfasts typically include 50-60g, lunches 60g, and dinners 20-35g of carbs.
If you opt instead for our low-carb Paleo meal plan, you’re looking at closer to 61g carbs total per day for three meals.
